STEEPS TO LOSE WEIGHT.

The first thing you should do when you want to lose weight is:
PLOT OUT YOUR GOALS, because it will help you to have an action plan to keep on your track, like for example tell yourself you have 3 months to lose 4kg,tath will help you to stay focus.

The second thing you can do is:
ENVITION YOUR SUCCESS, visualize your own success and visualize yourself in the future losing that weight.

A third step you can follow could be:
Don’t sabotage yourself; many people unconsciously sabotage themselves eating trash food on weekends, sleeping less than 5 hours, etc…

Other steep you should follow is:
BE YOUR OWN CHEERLEDEAR,if you don’t  encourage yourself no one will do it, so when you’re thinking to give up remember you can handle the situation and don’t give up ¡scream yourself that you can do it!

The final step is:
 OBVIOUSLY YOU NEED A DIET AND MAKE SOME EXERCISE AT LEAST 30 MIN EVERY TWO DAYS, nothing comes for free if you want something you need to stop want it and star work for it

REMEMBER you can change your life by changing your body, and in just 8 weeks you can do it, just not give up.
